Information Collection and Use
DVDIDEAS.com
collects personal information when you register
for a personal account, subscribe to receive our newsletter or when you make a purchase through
the website.
When you register we ask for a valid email address that you
have authorized access to. That way we can protect the site
from abuse and make sure we can contact our customers in case
they need password reminders and in the event of critical
service updates. We do not send out any communications other
than a confirmation email, critical service updates notices
and password reminders upon request.
If you purchase a product from us using your credit card,
we request certain personally identifiable information from
you on our order form. You must provide contact information
(such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial
information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your
orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use
this information to contact you. When you proceed to make
a purchase through a personal Paypal® account you will
need to make sure your shipping details and contact information
are accurate so we can fulfill your order.
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend
about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s email address.
We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting
him or her to visit the site. DVDIDEAS.com does not store
this information and will not use it for any purpose other
than sending this one-time email. Your friend may contact

Information Sharing and Disclosure
DVDIDEAS.com does not rent, sell, or share personal information
about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except
to provide products or services you've requested. We use Mal's
e-commerce Limited to provide shopping cart technology on
our website and Paypal® to process your payments. When
you order an item we will share your shipping and billing
information as necessary to be able to promptly fulfill your
order. Paypal® and Mal's e-commerce Limited are prohibited
from using your personally identifiable information for any
other purpose. Our shopping cart and check out pages are licensed
by DVDIDEAS.com and display our site information and design
elements. These pages are hosted by Mal's e-commerce Limited
on the web address ww9.aitsafe.com and are integrated with
the order processing system of Paypal®.
We currently use the United States Postal Service to fulfill
orders. This company does not store or use your personally
identifiable information for any other purposes.
When you sign up for newsletter e-mails, we will share your e-mail address and optionally your first and last name as necessary for third party email marketing partner Campaign Monitor to provide that service. Campaign Monitor is prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable
information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure
is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial
proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web
site.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer
for record-keeping purposes. DVDIDEAS.com uses a cookie to
store your session ID information to make it easier for you
to navigate our site and add items to the shopping cart. We
do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally
identifiable information you submit while on our site. The
session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. Some
of our business partners (e.g., advertisers) may use cookies
on our site as well. We have no access to or control over
these cookies. This privacy statement covers the use of cookies
by DVDIDEAS.com only and does not cover the use of cookies
by any advertisers. Rest assured that we will not use the
services of an advertiser whose privacy statement we cannot
verify.
Your Ability to Edit Your Account Information
You can edit your account information, including your contact
email and password at any time. If your personally identifiable
information changes, or if you no longer desire our service,
you may update it by making the change on your member information
page or by contacting Customer Support at support@dvdideas.com.
You can also mail in requests to the postal address listed
in the contact information below.
Security Practices
The security of your personal information is important to
us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit
card number) on our order forms, we encrypt that information
using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally
accepted industry standards to protect the personal information
submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive
it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method
of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore,
while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect
your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute

DVDIDEAS.com may update this policy. We will notify you about
